Book individualized 1:1 counseling sessions with me where you get to explore, learn, reflect, and transform. I will meet you where you’re at and I’ll be there to support you on your well-being journey.

Each session will be tailored to meet your unique interests and needs. I will pull from my extensive toolkit of evidence-based tools and trauma-informed practices to offer you the best and most helpful counseling.

I offer sessions in English or Norwegian in-person in Oslo or remotely via Zoom.
