Group Yoga Classes in Oslo

If you are based in Oslo, you are wramly invited to practice yoga with me at the cozy studios Smud Yoga (Torshov) and Joy Yoga (Rodeløkka).

I teach weekly group yoga classes in a variety of styles, including vinyasa, yin, gentle flow, and “yoga spa". All classes are open for all levels and taught in Norwegian or English.

I also offer corporate yoga for organizations and teams. Get in touch if you’d like yoga to be part of your workplace well-being.
