Group Yoga Classes in Oslo

If you are based in Oslo, you are welcome to practice yoga with me at the cozy studios Smud Yoga at øvre Torshov and Indah Yoga at Alexander Kiellands Plass! I teach group yoga classes at these studios on a weekly basis, including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, yogalates, and “yoga spa".

You will also find me teaching a class at Joy Yoga at Grünerløkka from time to time!

Whether it is your bachelorette party, your birthday, or you’re organizing a team-building event or corporate retreat, I’m here to help you make the event memorable. The offering will be tailored towards your unique needs and requests.

Self-Paced Yin Yoga Course (in Norwegian)

I offer a 6 week pre-recorded yin yoga course with Norwegian instructions that you can explore at home your own pace. This course is all about reducing stress, releasing tension, and relaxing body and mind. The course includes 6 1-hour yin yoga practices + 2 30-minute bonus practices. Get access to this course for 10 weeks for 1,250 kr.

During the many years I have dedicated to the study of psychology and the science of well-being, self-compassion is one of the most helpful frameworks I have learned for more resilience, motivation, and well-being.

In this workshop, I teach you the key principles of self-compassion. I also guide you through a rejuvenating “yoga spa” practice.
