The Gentle Reset is an 8-week online program for women who want to feel more calm, connected, and present without needing hours of free time or a complete life overhaul.
Through short, yet impactful lessons, gentle yoga, meditation, and reflection, you’ll move through a process that helps you let go of stress and come back to yourself—bit by bit, breath by breath.

What’s Included:
8 weekly modules, each with:

How it Works:
Practice at your own pace:
You’ll get access to all 8 modules at once, so you can move through the content at your own pace.
Total time commitment: Around 1.5–2 hours per week for 8 weeks. (But you can do less or more if you like!)
You’ll have access to everything for 4 months, with the option to get extended access if needed.

No stress—truly. You get access to all eight modules right away, and you have four full months to go through the content at your own pace. If you’d like to extend access after that, you’ll have the option to do so for a small additional fee. This is a program that honors your real life and your nervous system.

And if you find a session that really speaks to you—whether it’s a yoga class, a reflection, or a meditation—you’re more than welcome to repeat it. In fact, returning to your favorite practices is a beautiful way to integrate the program into your daily life.

Yes, absolutely. I actually recommend going through it more than once. The content is timeless, and because you change, your life shifts, and new layers of insight emerge, you’ll likely take something new away from each round. Many women find it even more powerful the second time around.

Men are more than welcome to participate. The Gentle Reset is designed with women in mind, and the language throughout the program reflects that. But if you’re a man or if you have a different gender identity and feel drawn to this course, the content will still be relevant and valuable for you. You’re wholeheartedly invited to join if it resonates.

I recommend wearing comfy clothes and practice on a soft surface (a yoga mat if you have one or on a carpet). I recommend that you bring pillows and blankets with you from your bed or coach to get extra comfy. You can access the course platform from your computer or your phone, or beam it from your TV. You can play music from your personal speaker or phone/computer. The workbook will be provided in a PDF version that you can print at home.

Yes! The movements truly are gentle and most of the movements can be done from a chair. The course includes a short video that shows how you can modify movements for a chair yoga practice.

Why I Created The Gentle Reset ✨
I created this program because it’s exactly what I needed myself.
Years ago, I found myself overwhelmed by work, studies, and stress. I wanted to feel better—but I didn’t want another to-do list. I needed something gentle. Something meaningful. Something I could actually stick with.
So I built the program I wish I had then. And now, I’m sharing it with you.
The Gentle Reset combines the MOST helpful practices I know after 10+ years of immersing myself in yoga and positive psychology and helping hundreds of yoga students and clients reduce stress, find more calm and boost their well-being.
