Yoga courses create space to practice consistently over time and experience the benefits of yoga in a deeper way. Practicing week by week allows you to slow down, build strength and ease in the body, and feel supported in a small group.
In the future, I’m excited to offer Pregnancy Yoga and Mom & Baby Yoga courses designed to support mothers through pregnancy and early motherhood with gentle movement, rest, & connection.
I’m currently on maternity leave, and new courses will be added when I’m back in August 2026. Stay tuned!
